DeepBuster is a professional cleaning service company providing residential and commercial cleaning services across Faridabad, Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, and nearby areas.
2. Service Booking
- Services can be booked through our website, WhatsApp, phone call, or email.
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- DeepBuster reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel, or reschedule any booking without prior notice if required.
3. Pricing
- Prices displayed on the website are starting prices and may vary depending on the property’s size, condition, and service requirements.
- Final pricing will be confirmed before the service begins.
- Additional work requested during the service will be charged separately.
4. Payment Policy
Payment must be completed immediately after the service unless otherwise agreed.
We accept:
- Cash
- UPI
- Bank Transfer
- Other approved payment methods
Failure to make payment may result in legal recovery action where applicable.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments by informing us in advance.
- Same-day cancellations may be subject to cancellation charges.
- DeepBuster may reschedule bookings due to weather conditions, emergencies, staff availability, or unavoidable circumstances.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate contact details and address.
- Ensure safe and uninterrupted access to the property.
- Remove or secure all cash, jewellery, documents, electronics, artwork, antiques, and other valuable or fragile belongings before the service begins.
- Inform our team about any damaged, loose, fragile, or sensitive items before cleaning starts.
Failure to do so shall be at the customer’s own risk.
7. Scope of Service
Our standard cleaning service does not include:
- Electrical repairs
- Plumbing work
- Pest control
- Hazardous waste removal
- Biohazard cleaning
- Structural repairs
- Restoration services
Unless specifically agreed in writing.
8. Property Damage Disclaimer
DeepBuster’s professionals are trained and experienced, and every reasonable effort is made to provide safe and careful cleaning services.
However, due to the nature of cleaning work, accidental damage may occur, especially where items are old, fragile, loose, worn out, improperly installed, poorly maintained, or have hidden defects.
By booking our services, the customer acknowledges and agrees that DeepBuster shall not be responsible or liable for any damage to property, furniture, fixtures, appliances, glass, mirrors, tiles, paint, marble, wood, upholstery, electronics, decorative items, fittings, or any other belongings occurring during or after the cleaning service.
DeepBuster will not provide financial compensation, repair costs, replacement costs, or reimbursement for any such damage, except where required by applicable law.
Customers are solely responsible for protecting or removing valuable and fragile items before the cleaning service begins.
9. One-Time Service Policy
DeepBuster provides one complete professional cleaning service per booking only.
Our trained professionals perform every service using industry-standard methods and professional equipment.
Therefore:
- We do not provide complimentary re-cleaning.
- We do not provide revision services.
- We do not provide repeat visits without additional charges.
- We do not offer free satisfaction-based cleaning.
Customers are requested to inspect the completed work before our team leaves the premises.
Any observations should be discussed immediately with our staff during the visit.
Once the service has been completed and our team has left the property, the service will be considered completed and accepted by the customer.
10. Refund Policy
All completed services are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be provided due to personal preferences, dissatisfaction after service completion, or requests for additional cleaning beyond the agreed scope of work.
11. Website Usage
By using our website, you agree that you will not:
- Attempt to hack or damage the website.
- Upload malware or malicious software.
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without written permission.
- Use the website for unlawful activities.
12. Intellectual Property
